The 2023 “Certified Environmental Analysis Laboratories Auditing Service Program” is to assist the National Environmental Research Academy of Ministry of Environment to review the City/County environmental protection bureau's execution plan on the soil and water pollution remediation by auditing its relevant Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP), supervision of the implementation of the content of the quality assurance project plan, and carry out Fixed Pollution Sources, Soil, Groundwater, Underground Water and Sediment of the on-site sampling audits and the quality system of the laboratory audits. A double-blind sample test of the laboratories and enlarged-scale on-site audit/accreditation are carried out to improve the laboratories operation efficacy and sampling accuracy of Fixed Pollution Sources, Soil, Groundwater and Sediment. This program has completed 136 on-site and laboratories audits, 100 on-site Fixed Sources emmision stack audit and proficiency tests, 1 auditor kick-off meeting, 1 auditing guideline briefing and 3 testing laboratories counseling meetings to the certified environmental laboratories, and one double-blind sample testing consensus on-line meeting with local environmental protection bureaus with 143 double blind test items and 66 water quantity proficiency tests up to Nov 28th 2023.
